Research and Application on Seawater-based Environment-friendly Drilling Fluid System

摘要: 为了解决秘鲁近海区块海洋浅水钻井井壁失稳、淡水资源短缺、环保压力大的技术难题,通过优选抗温抗盐降滤失剂为主剂,优选其他天然绿色添加剂为副剂,构建海水基环保型钻井液体系。室内实验结果表明,体系抗温140℃,岩心膨胀量降低率8h后达到74.33%,平均伤害率为11.83%,属于低伤害范围,体系 BOD5 /CODCr为 0.663,易降解,生物毒性EC50值为24600mg/L,无毒。现场应用结果表明,体系低温流变性良好,井壁稳定性强,电测均一次成功,试验井平均钻井周期比非试验井平均缩短5.88d,该钻井液体系研发为进一步开拓海外钻井液技术服务市场打下良好的基础和充分的技术储备。

Abstract:

 In order to solve the technical problems of shallow water drilling wellbore instability, shortage of freshwater resources and high pressure of environmental protection in Peru offshore area, a seawater-based environmental friendly drilling fluid system was constructed by optimizing the key treatment agents, such as temperature-resistant, salt-resistant and filtrate reducing agents, and other natural green additives. The experiment results show that the system has a temperature resistance of 140 ℃ and a core expansion reduction rate of after 8 hours is 74. 33% , the average injury rate is 11 . 83% , which belongs to the low injury range. The BOD5 /CODCr of the system is 0. 663, easy to be degraded, the biotoxicity EC50 is 24600mg /L and it is non-toxic. The field application shows that the low temperature rheological property of the system is perfect, the stability of borehole is strong and the electric logging is successful in one trip. The average drilling cycle is 5. 88 days which is shorter than that of the non-test wells. The research and development of the drilling fluid system lays a good foundation and well technical reserve for further developing overseas drilling fluid technology service market.
